Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively innovate with front desk and clinical teams to optimize provider schedules seamlessly.
  • Orchestrate daily communication streams to ensure scheduling efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Identify and solve scheduling bottlenecks using data-driven insights to enhance clinic performance.
  • Execute agile patient movements within schedules to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Leverage advanced tools for same-day or next-day appointments and chronic disease management, enhancing patient outcomes.
  • Act as a key player in scheduling expedited appointments for urgent care needs.
  • Maintain a dynamic list of available providers, including locum tenens, to ensure seamless shift coverage.
  • Accelerate the scheduling process for walk-in patients, particularly newborns, ensuring timely and responsive care.
  • Be the strategic contact for our Contact Center, facilitating same-day patient visits with precision.
  • Lead proactive patient communication through reminder calls and efficient management of patient portal messages.
  • Participate in continuous learning and apply new strategies to enhance scheduling prowess.
  • Fulfill other groundbreaking duties as assigned, furthering our mission to revolutionize healthcare access.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma—your foundational platform for launching into healthcare innovation.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or expertise in EHRS medical documentation—a tactical advantage in your arsenal.
  • Experience in a medical clinic setting—your insider knowledge fuels transformation.
  • Proficiency in data entry within EHRS—you're the digital data dynamo driving efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills—you're the communication architect in our healthcare narrative.
  • Strong capability to work both independently and within agile teams—a cornerstone of modern collaboration.
  • Clear, concise, and diplomatic communication—essential for seamless team synergy.
  • Self-motivated and adept at problem-solving—view challenges as gateways to breakthrough solutions.
  • Comfortable with frequent patient communication via phone—ensuring connectivity in a digital landscape.
  • Spanish-speaking is a significant advantage—the more languages, the greater the community impact!
